Alivia’s is participating in Triangle Restaurant Week for the first time ever. From May 17 through the 23rd - with the exception of Tuesday night when we have a private event - we’ll be offering a special prix fixe menu for $25. You’ll be able to choose 1 item from each of the following categories:
Appetizers
- Gazpacho with fresh mozzarella, avocado purée and spicy virgin Mary sorbet
- Stuffed baby portobellos filled with pork tenderloin, Boursin cheese, root vegetables with an essence of jalapeño
- Smoked salmon crosantis with jalapeno lime cream cheese Arugula and fried goat cheese salad with citrus tossed in a raspberry vinaigrette
Entrees
- 6oz Rare Soy ginger marinated arrachera steak served over a citrus salad
- Two Fried Roasted Veggie sliders with heirloom tomatoes and curry aioli
- Two Pan seared jumbo scallops served over a red delicious apple cauliflower puree with golden raisins and caper berries
Dessert
- Mousse shots (choose two): Layered dark chocolate and lime mousse; Layered white chocolate and strawberry mousse; Layered hibiscus and cherry mousse
- Pineapple upside down cake with a green curry ice cream
- Triangle white Belgian ale and mandarin orange fried ice cream with a cinnamon sugar coating
And, although it’s not part of the menu - our Featured Cocktails are:
- Bourbon on the patio (Knob creek, muddled citrus, Ginger, honey and seltzer. Served on the rocks or in a martini glass)
- Red hot southern summer (Habanero infused sweet tea vodka and lemonade with a sugar crusted lemon wheel served in a mason jar)
- Citrus blender (Muddled mandarin oranges, limes lemons, and simple syrup, shaken absolut citron and mandarin and topped off with a squeezed quarter lime)
